FreeZone 18 Liter Cascade Console Freeze Dry System is designed for light to moderate loads of low eutectic point samples. Removes a maximum of 10 liters of water in 24 hours. The stated capacity rating represents the maximum achievable and is based on freeze-drying plain water under ideal conditions. Individual results will vary depending on application and, in most cases, be less than the stated maximum. FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems have collector temperatures that reach -58 °F / -50 °C, ideal for use with samples in aqueous solutions. NOTE: These freeze dryers are not recommended for use with samples containing acetonitrile, methanol, or ethanol.
